Practice the methods of psychological research in non-profit organizations. Assess non-profit organizations' performance, structure, and development. You will also evaluate the impact of diversity in non-profit organizations, with regard to their missions, governance, and operations. Demonstrate behaviors that are fundamental to the ethical practice of leadership and management in non-profit organizations.
