1098-T Tuition Statements are mailed out to students every year no later than January 31st as required by law. This statement may be used to claim education credits. 1098-T statements are made available electronically via the Student Portal. You may elect to receive only paperless delivery of your 1098-T via the Student Portal. If you do not elect paperless delivery, the statement is mailed to the address on file. It is the student's responsibility to ensure the address is correct.
Student Identity Management

NSLDS Consumer Information Disclosure
When the University enters into an agreement with a potential or active student regarding federal student aid, the loan will be submitted to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) and will be accessible by guaranty agencies, lenders, and institutions determined to be authorized users of the data system.
Delinquent Accounts and Financial Hold
Your account is considered delinquent if full payment is not received by the end of the first week of the course resulting in an outstanding account balance. Any student with a delinquent account will be put on a financial hold and not be allowed to register for a subsequent term until payment is received in full or a payment plan is established and approved by the Campus Director of Finance (for Colorado Springs campus and Denver Instructional Site students) or the Financial Services Manager (online students). If you have a delinquent account, you will not be permitted to take comprehensive exams, obtain copies of official transcripts, or receive a diploma. An administrative fee may be assessed to your account for any outstanding balances, late payments or insufficient funds.
Veterans Benefits (On-Campus)
University of the Rockies is approved to train veterans and their eligible dependents. For students taking advantage of their veterans benefits, payment is deferred for the first 60 days of continuous enrollment in a degree program. Please see the Financial Aid Office for more information.
